Sorry FML, but that sounds like my ex wife and how she hated Andy Murray!!
The England team brought it I on themselves, by putting in such a pathetic display against Iceland.

This made me smile, from the Guardian match feed. <ok>

Belgium’s players, by contrast, traipse off looking thoroughly despondent. They were a goal up against a team they almost certainly consider to be Gareth Bale And Ten Other Blokes, but somehow contrived to lose ... and lose heavily.
They’re out and Wales go into the last four, where they’ll meet Cristiano Ronaldo And Ten Other Blokes.

Wales have the togetherness that England have been lacking for years. England couldn't take the mighty Iceland into extra time whereas Wales have done the business inside 90 minutes. Let them enjoy their ride. They've more than surpassed expectations.

Well done Wales. Tremendous performance and well done to Coleman for getting everything he could from the players available to him in stark contrast to England's management.

I would imagine many of us would have a combined XI as Bale and maybe Ramsey and the rest English yet we capitulate to Iceland and they have a great chance of making the final.

I'd take Bale, Ramsey, Allen & Williams. Easy.
 
Great effort from Iceland, it's was fun and they showed real effort, which is something I've not experienced watching England in, well, ever.

That was the most stupid run up for a penalty that I have ever seen. So glad he missed it. And that we never signed him. He has been well less than eyecatching in this competition.
