Erm, yeah.Bet that took a while
That's sort of the point of the joke.

Lol!. My dentist is Polish. She's one of the few NHS dentists left here in York.
Ray Wilkins not pointing the finger at one player.....except Sturridge.
RAY WILKINS: NOT THE RIGHT XI
"Going into the tournament we felt we had half a chance but I said beforehand that we couldn't keep a clean sheet. We weren't playing against the best team in the tournament but they set themselves up magnificently.
"The goals we conceded were very poor. I'm pointing the finger at everyone; not just Joe Hart. He should have saved the second goal but we can't keep covering up for people.
"It wasn't the right starting XI for me; Harry Kane was isolated. I would have taken Sturridge off and played Rashford a lot earlier."

I don't think Studge was good today, but ffs - Kane was better?
Tbf I can see why. Sturridge was not comfortable there but Rashford plays on the RW more than he has as a striker.
Danny Murphy..."I don't think I've seen a better keeper in one on ones" on De Gea
Errerr...it may hurt me but Peter Schmeichel?
Ok, so swapping Sturridge for Rashford earlier would have guaranteed the win?
If Rashford had came on for Sterling that would have made more sense.
But Rashford has played as a RW, not on the left although he could play there. The only argument you can make is that Sturridge should have been played up front with Kane. But even then, I'd have Rashford on the right of that diamond.
Sterling by the way was just a massive **** up. Once you discount him, who could have played there from the squad?
Rashford played on the left and in the short period of time he was on you could see he would have run the Iceland defence ragged if he'd been given the nod over Sterling.
But tbf I couldn't care less now, whats done is done and Woy is historwy.
I think this every time I hear the co-commentator say something like "Oh he's got to score there" at every half chance or somesuch. Like they never fluffed a chance or made a bad pass or anything.Love Rio..."if that was me I'd be telling sterling to cross"
Sorry I missed how you changed the game that way as part of the golden generation..
This is part of the problem...ex England players as pundits dissecting the next lot like they did better....ffs....
Think there is a difference between being **** and losing to someone like Germany, France or Italy or even drawing against Slovakia. To losing to Iceland who don't even have a professional league.See! No joy!
You all start the tournament pretending like yer **** and will go nowhere but the anger after one match shows its a lie...
I'm not on the wumarket here like our Welsh incumbents lol but for all your talk of "our team will be hopeless" when will you just enjoy being there? It might allow the players to do the same?

Yes England aren't a top 10 side but we'd expect to beat Iceland
