That stance makes no sense, the EU has freedom of movement so regardless of race you have that right. The points system that out people want will discriminate against people without money or qualifications, have a guess which group that affects the most?
Does the EU policy restrict the movement of people from countries outside the EU?
Are Countries inside the EU predominantly white?
Are the countries that are not predominantly white outside of the EU?
They could go build a few houses, we are quite short on them at the moment.

The EU allows freedom of movement for people of all races there is no discrimination within the EU system. A points based system that you support will discriminate against people without an education and/or money, which group do you think this is? That's right ethnic minorities.

That's a different argument, the Hull geezer is trying to say that the EU system is racist compared to the proposed new world, he may just want to open the borders to the whole world though regardless of race, money, education or religion, Hull geezer may well be the new Ghandi.
