Going back to Dyson, it looks like he was very pro the euro when he thought not being in it would impact his ability to make a **** load of money.

Now that he's made a **** load of money and his biggest markets are the UK, Asia and the US, he's all for Brexit.

He's the exact kind of self sacrificing, public serving role model that we should all look up to.

Dyson is a sucker for Brexit, purely because he wants to hoover up more profit for himself.

As true as that may all be why would a profiteering fat cat man want to leave the eu when he would have access to 500 million people in the eu to sell his electronics and hoovers ?

A man like him only wants to make more profit so according to you economic experts what would his reasoning be?

I haven't claimed to be an economic expert. The last mention of an economic expert was you posting a video of a guy who is so passionate about the future of the U.K. that he has traded his right to vote for a preferential tax domicile!

Dyson was very pro the euro, threatening, and ultimately actioning, moving his HQ abroad if the UK didn't sign up to it.

15 years later he's loaded and his core markets are outside the EU. Forgive me for thinking that his views on Brexit count for no more than any other person. In fact he's a complete hypocrite.

I dont know enough about dyson but i will take your word he is a hypocrite.. But for what reason would he want to leave if the economies going to tank and he wont be able to sell his goods at a more favourable rate when i have heard yourself and piskie so all he wants is to make money and profits? Surely he would want to remain in the marketplace of 500 million people?

To be fair, I only made my comment about Dyson so that I could shoehorn some gags about Vacuuming in there

He was a massive advocate of joining the Eurozone and now he wants Brexit, his motives aren't worth even considering, as he's a ****ing hypocrite

I don't know much about the guy but am also surprised that a businessman wants out of Europe so did a little research. The fact that he used to very pro Europe but is now anti it having established a strong market share in the UK, US and Asia suggests that he's being a bit of a little Englander as he can afford to be one now. He clearly wasn't a little Englander 15 years ago but luckily for him his business flourished mainly outside of Europe.

So in a nutshell, a selfish ****.

Anyone else looking at the thread title, and for a split second irritated by Piskie's spelling, then thinking, ah **** it! It is annoying me now tbh <laugh>
