Exactly. I spoke to a Stoke fan and he reckons they will finish bottom half, Sunderland will too imo, Everton will finish top half but think we will be higher, same with Fulham. Villa will slide as their manager is Alex McLeish. We will be 7th imo

It's odd that they don't get pulled up for consistently getting stories wrong. Transfer moves they claim are happening regularly are proved wrong, yet they are still seen as a respectable source.
As for Collymore, he seems to have a real issue with us, he consistently claims that we will fail and seems to relish this. And yes, we have been lucky, but we've also been unlucky as well. We deserved to beat Villa, we could easily have scored a third at Wolves which would have changed the game. In fact, only against QPR were we truly fortunate not to lose, and what would have happened of we had lost? Yes Stan, we'd still be 4th, ahead of Liverpool.
Was listening to Collymore earlier actually, and he was saying to their North East correspondent that he's not had any Newcastle fans ringing up giving Pardew praise, and we will never accept him because he's part of the Cockney Mafia with Mike Ashley. Basically slagging us off. But even worse their North East correspondent agreed with him!! I was like if you live, and work up in the North East then surely you know the fans are very happy with whats going on atm, and maybe don't go on the radio shows talking about how well we are doing because we get branded deluded! Complete lose, lose situation.
And i've just listened to that podcast. What an absolute couple of twat's they are. But i've never heard of them so it show's they haven't amounted to much professionally.
It's a pretty poor performance, why would someone want to say they hate the team, and hate Pardew, do they do it to provoke outrage, or to create interest by trying to be controversial. Bashing your girlfriend and admitting to be a voyeuristic sex addict is controversial, perhaps Stan the Man should remember that.....
**** 'em who cares. It's nice to get the credit you deserve but in the end it really doesn't matter. Let's just keep picking up points and show them up for the absolute mugs they are.

I think we'll finish 9th or 10th. Fulham, Everton and maybe Villa (despite McLeich not because of him) will probably be our closest rivals.
Maybe because we have 2 better programs to call in at that time the Legends and Total Sport
They'll talk about the fans that moan and groan, much as they covered the fans with the boycout banners outside SJP because it attracts more publicity. Almost all of us are very happy with things to say the least, I don't think any of us in our wildest dreams expected to be doing as well as we are.
