After the first 5-10 minutes, Nat started playing like he does for Saints, which meant he was the most impressive player on the pitch. The rest of the defence have been largely untested, although Slovenia have gone as close as anything England have done. As usual, England can keep the ball but they can't do anything with it.
My prediction - Hodgson will take Nat off. He's doing too well and showing the rest up.

You can see that all the England players are better than their opponents, but no point if you can't score. Good as individuals, but we need to play better as a team. Slovenia only need to take one chance.
2 changes for me: Chamberlain for Lallana, Berahino for Sterling. Possibly Barkley for Henderson later.

Curates egg really. Clyne, Sterling, Wilshire, Rooney and Henderson have all looked good in parts, as has Gibbs. It's just not clicking as a team, but there's hope that it will.

In truth, Nat hasn't put a foot wrong and the rest have been indifferent and slowish. Stirling has the been the best of the rest.
