I'm pretty sure that if HM is suffering from any sort of mental illness then the medical teams available via his club and country would have picked up on it. As others have said, the money and privilege available to the teams and these individuals is beyond the comprehension of most of us on here, they have a problem, it gets sorted. He's out of form and shouldn't be picked, that's all there probably is to it. Too many are quick to use the excuse of mental health issues, he doesn't seem to be one of them though.
You expect the medical teams to spot any mental health issues, but his club and country staff can't even see he's out of form and continue to select him to play. Doesn't look good.
He claimed wealthy people can't suffer from depression, it was a ridiculous claim to make and was quite rightly shot down. I find it slightly bizarre than anyone has attempted to double down on that daft claim.
Where in that original post does he claim that? He made a comment about a person, not 'people' and at no point was anything mentioned about 'wealthy people can't suffer from depression ".You're tailoring the post to suit your own agenda here. Maybe it was ridiculous in your view,I didn't see it that way.
'Maguire, depression? on £100k a week? Maguire who spent more then most people earn in a year on an afternoons bar bill in Greece? And he's depressed? GTF'.
If I said the day after Friday is Saturday OLM would jump on the keyboards and argue against it. I was questioning those on here posting that because Maguire had a bad game for England and seems to have lost a bit of form that he has mental health issues, a view which I find ridiculous. But I got shot down and insulted for expressing it. Differing opinions I can accept all day long but personal insults ? No need for them and they show a poor response to the post.
