He was a twat who did not play by the rules so why should anyone take notice of his opinion.

I'm not bothered, in my opinion Grealish does not cheat.

He PM'ed me to say he thinks you're an utter boring ****.
Seems you'd have been a better choice than Tom Courtenay for the title role in the following film. Typecast for sure, stooping very low. Interesting that you tarnish Grealish with cheating !

He definitely does, not the only one mind, Kane, Sterling etc. If the opposition do it then everyone is up in arms but apparently ok when it’s one of ours, I hate to see it.
Why do referees blow for a foul on him more than any other player in the PL ?

He holds the ball very close to his feet and knows when to move it a few inches/feet ahead of himself when he senses an opposing player is about to tackle him. Given his acceleration over a couple of yards the opposing player invariably misses the ball (now you see it, now you don't) and clips him & brings him down. It's a skill. George Best had it and was targeted by opposition players to the same degree. George managed to take advantage of the prone opposition by getting up or holding his balance more often than not so refs played on. He was of course fouled to a very high degree too.

No I don’t agree, Grealish and the like have already decided that they want a free kick and quickly go to ground at the slightest touch.
I never saw George Best doing that, his only intention was to go past his man.

If a player beats a man, doesn't he and his team have an advantage in an attacking sense? Eliminated said player from the scene. Why opt for the free kick option (or worse - a card for simulation) as a default strategy? A free kick would diminish the advantage as the opposition would have more men behind the ball where they could organize their defense of a dead ball situation. The opposing player has to "play the ball" to make a tackle legal according to the laws of the game. A ref would not call a foul had the defending player managed to play the ball legitimately/fairly.

Leonard Rossiter and Rodney Bewes were in that film. Julie Christie was the eye candy.
Great British film.

My opinion is my opinion and I don't need anyone telling me I am wrong.

George Best, what a player.
Like you say, if he got fouled he just got straight back up and thought if you're gonna foul me I'll just score against you.

I'd suggest that's Grealish's intent too. The opposition players just can't handle the fact that his footballing brain and speed of movement and ball control & co-ordination are too swift for them. Hence the high incidence of being fouled, the majority of times the ref's call them for a foul. Why would they do that I wonder?

Grealish, Sterling, Kane, Zaha Salah - by far the worst divers in the league - and with their skill they really dont need to do it but they're cheats so they do and the Premier League really should do something about it rather than TV pundits such as Lineker and Wright suggesting there was contact and they had every right to go down - its ****ing the game up and its infuriating

Michael Owen used to cheat for England ( like v Argentina WC98) also.
