If you look on sky italia web site ,Giaccherini's agent is saying highly unlikely to leave . He has a great relationship with Conte who has no intention of selling him.

In one hour-ish.. there is the program on sky italian television, that has the guy who is the master of the market.. The most reliable one. He will explain the whole situation. Right now in sky news in Italy they are saying deal is advanced stage, I think it comes down to Giaccherini.. if there is news it means juve accepted.

We'll have agree to disagree there like. Premiership is the place to be for young classy players and the league is seeing an influx which will surely continue. 40K+ crowds, Category 1 status, I think we're quite attractive, Certainly more attractive than most outside the top 6. Location is a problem yeah but we want professionals not nightlife seekers.

Of course we are a big club with the fan base we have & that but we not big enough to have class players fighting for places in our team. if we offered big enough wages then all that could change.

I hope we're not looking at this bloke because of one goal in the Confederation Cup.

That's what got us looking at Gyan...

OMG!

Sunderland fans should be pumped about Giaccherini. Outstanding workhorse with bags of skill and a nack for finishing. A real gem.

Thoughts on Giaccherini: a coach's delight - versatile, willing to fill-in, play in problem positions, won't complain, gives 100%.

Sunderland

Giaccherini - JuventusJuventus midfielder Emanuele Giaccherini is close to joining Sunderland, according to reports.

The midfielder has attracted a great deal of attention after impressing for Italy during the Confederations Cup earlier this summer and it is thought the midfielder has agreed to join the Premier League club in search of more playing time.

Gazzetta dello Sport reported that a deal has been struck between the clubs for around €10m, and Giaccherini will now discuss personal terms with the side.
Paulo Di Canio’s side have been scouring Serie A for talent, also reportedly chasing Inter products.

Jesus, if this can come off it would be absolutely amazing. He's one of Italy's best youngsters at the moment, he was class in the Confederations Cup. If this is the calibre of player we're signing, forza i giovanotti!

****ing excited me

For those mentioning Zarate, it would appear he's headed back to his homeland to play for Velez (yep, the team Perruzi is coming from)
