You've not seen Meyler dive???? kinell.

Meyler wins soft free kicks with what pundits call 'clever play'. He goes down when he feels contact from behind and gets into positions to be fouled rather than to play the ball. It's not diving but not much better and still cheating for me. That sort of thing is more common than diving though, seems like most PL players do it. I think we suffer results-wise from not having enough players who do it but I'm not sure if I'd want to gain success from cheating.

Brady, Boydy, Elmo and Meyler have all got form.

I really think everyone's accepted Brady is a diver just cos Allardyce said it but he was talking bollocks as usual because his team got pulled up for one of those 'if you give a penalty for that there'd be 15 every game' type fouls in the box. Still a foul though. He should have focused on the blatant Livermore handball for his moaning instead of villainising Brady which was completely unfair.

I think your right, but I think people are citing Brady's dive against Liverpool.

Did he do one at Villa?

I heard about the one at Fulham but haven't seen it. Apart from that, and the Boyd one I haven't seen a City player dive all season.

I hate diving so it's two too many, but I really don't think we're anywhere near one of the worst teams for it. The fact we hardly ever get penalties or even free kicks near the goal demonstrates that.

Brady did one in the first Liverpool game, and arguably the first West Ham game to win us a pen.

Wembley Stadium.

89th minute.

0-0.

Elmo runs into the box.

The ball is pushed a little too far and will run out of play.

A tackle goes in.

Elmo goes down.

The refs whistle moves towards his lips.

Are you saying to me that you'd actually want to look at a replay before screaming for a pen?

Yes because if you are on the receiving end of it, how would that feel?
