When my mate was looking to buy, the estate agent told him around 30% of the properties on her books were landlords selling up.

I don't know anything about this person, and there appears to be no recent news on this event from trusted sources. Someone else has also posted this same tweet on Twitter, and gauging by one of the comments within it, it is not her, or as the comment said...'it's not her you ****ing ******.'

Oh btw @Sucky I've noticed over the last couple of weeks, everything you are posting here has already been posted on GC, so you either are sharing the same algorithm, following the same lunatics on Twitter, or just copying and pasting it to here. Just my observation. I was going to mention it the other day, but I thought no, Sucky wouldn't stoop to these levels, he's an independent thinker. Power to the people.
