The crime here is that someone political was taken out- presumably for a political motive. This can not be allowed, and can not be allowed to escalate. Naturally all loss of life is terrible- but all the pretense of deep mourning by people who didn't even know who he was before this is a little ridiculous, ingenuine and a little slimy trying to virtue-signal trying to score points from someone's death. I don't hear many people mourning for Russian soldiers blown up in tank videos- equally human- and equally with a family that loves them- but there is a pretense of deep grief by some for some guy in a foreign country they had never even heard of.

Every effort needs to be made to catch the killer (and also determine his real motives). Kirk might not be pure- but he didn't deserve to die- and who knows, maybe the next political victim will be a saint (OK, that's not likely if it's a politician)

Charlton v Miiiiilllll early so time to get up to central London. West ‘am v Spurs and Chelsea away at Brentford late so plenty of time for all the lads to get there.
 
Bet the old bill were delighted about it being the same day as Charlton Millwall and West Ham Spurs.
