Charlie Kirk has died after being shot.
He had no chance, pumping it out like a fountain, people probably didn't get to him too quick considering the situation, to stop the flow.
Charlie Kirk has died after being shot.
who is he?
A well known right wing influencer, popular with young people, hence him being on a campus...

ahhh...have come across him on Instagram.
I remember him speaking strongly against any form of gun control after one of the many school shootings...certain amount of irony in him being murdered with a gun.
TBH politics in the US seems way more polarised than here (and imho its very polarised here) and there seems to be a violent hatred whipped up and acted out on usual media and social media rather than political debate.
Not my kind of person but killing him is beyond my comprehension... politics is kinda ****ed at the moment
Motor vehicle deaths in America per year...
Gun deaths in America per year...
- 2023: 40,990 deaths
- 2022: 42,795 deaths
- 2021: 46,980 deaths
- 2020: 42,339 deaths
Annual Totals
- 2023: 46,728 gun deaths were reported by the CDC.
- Average (2019-2023): Around 45,738 people die by guns each year, according to EveryStat.org.
- Recent Peak: 2021 saw 48,830 gun deaths, a record-breaking year for firearm fatalities.
- 56% of gun deaths in the United States are by gun suicide.an average of 25,779 deaths per year
And the difference is... motor vehicles are more or less necessary for the economy and society of the US to keep running. Gun's are purely a cultural thing in the US- people can argue for or against them by whatever means they mean to take- but it's an optional cost of life. The US wouldn't stop operating if they gave up guns.
and btw, who are you to tell Americans to give up their guns, maybe leave the country if you don't like it.
You said yourself it was a cultural thing, that’s their culture and not yours, so maybe you should keep your nose out and let the Americans decide their own fate. You know that sounds about as intelligent as "if you don't like Starmer, why don't you leave Britain".

I was talking about American culture, if you don't like it leave. After all you are the migrant.
What you've said about Starmer is regarding him as an individual so bears no equivalence.
So we will excuse 160,000 vehicle deaths over 4 years then, ah ok. There is no difference only excuses. If we locked people up for longer, if we took their licences away from them sooner and for life there would be far less deaths on the road.
I got sick of seeing the M25 carnage every single day, until that same carnage nearly took me out one day, and guess what I chose not do what I was doing anymore, so everyone has a choice if they want to they can change it
The first thing you did hearing the news was trash the guy, then went on to call him Evil. Milk trying to be edgy as usual.
Obama called it a despicable violence, violence that you seem happy about because you didn't agree with his views. Is this what happens then when people don't agree with the right, they go round shooting them, peaceful protestors lol.

And the Black ones.If we let the real 'Americans' decide their own fate, all the white ones would be deported back to Europe![]()
