The case wouldn't be about proving he's a racist, it would be about lammy speaking lies or not lies regarding Nige being involved with Hitler yoof.

So I dont think you'd enjoy it as much as you think you would tbh<laugh>

I think his wording was 'flirted' with Hitler youth, so singing Hitler youth songs whilst marching through a quiet sussex village would probably qualify.

Anyway, let me ask you an honest question.

Do you think that his former colleagues, lecturers and staff at Dulwich college, who cited that he was a self confessed Fascist and neo-racist. Used words like 'Wog and Paki', Told Jews that Hitler was right and to 'Gas em' and made Anti-Semitic remarks to several of his Jewish colleagues, were making it up to make him look bad. Or that he might actually have said those things and held those views.

Just interested in your honest opinion on this.

They should go after the Trust funds she's set up and her physical assets like property and luxury yacht etc.

HMRC would still be a preferred creditor, even if the company was wound up. And fraud is a criminal offence, so...

you need legal grounds for that .They could afford to get the legal advice that will ensure the PLC is the sole vehicle for a claim for a "refund" of our dosh the only possible route might be because of the VIP route to claim corruption but since it was Govt policy that action should really be aimed at the then PM

I don't know what the process is and can't be arsed to look it up but she should be kicked out of the Lords and kicked out of anything to do with politics. I'd go the line Archers has suggested, that being a criminal case of fraud. She should be hounded until she pays the money back, once it's paid fair enough an end to the matter of this particular offence, but until she pays it back she should be hounded for every penny she owes the public purse. It might be a ****ing game to them but to real people it's £125M that could have gone a very long way to help people, which is the purpose of the money in the first place. Then go after anyone else who has also engaged in this type of fraud.

No idea tbh, but the government should, imo, pursue all angles. Millions were handed out, not just to Michelle Mone, and no one even seems to have kept track of it all. But with every transaction recorded on a server somewhere, it can surely all be accounted for.

including some where the NHS procurement team tried to refuse as
a) it wasn't compliant PPE
b) their normal supplier had compliant PPE which was cheaper

but were instructed to process the VIP lane contract .
