Nope just calling you out for protecting those you love and can't say a bad word against, no matter what atrocities they were part of....but Trump would have done the same...maybe so, but it's still a fooking excuse in my book to protect Genocide Joe.

Putin weren't scared of him, because he knew Biden wouldn't understand how to press the big red button. Bit like Piskie pretending to surf in a paddling pool.
 
So, Trump is gonna be a nothing burger president basically, everyone deep down knows it. He hasn't even pledged anything of note so I don't think he will do a thing. They have had their victory lap today and will be happy about that.

Next election will probably be JD Vance vs someone and I think JD Vance can probably win too.
 
Anyway, mentioned it the other day. But a lot of credit goes to McGurk and Witkoff, from the respective outgoing and incoming US administrations for their joined up working getting this ceasefire deal done.

There are those who will want to claim, it was one side or the other who 'got it done', but I'm just reassured that behind the scenes, actual diplomats work with each other regardless of which colour their boss wears <ok>

Like this election, I think a lot of it will come down to internal US issues, gas prices, groceries, US jobs etc.

What a lot of Trump voters are going to discover is that his plans for massive tariffs on imported goods are going to get passed on to US consumers

Trump doesn't have a clue what a tariff is. You can see just by how he talks about them, he won't impose anything meaningful. He didn't when he was the president first time, he really did nothing at all.
