Initial count and I reckon I'll do 10ish league aways this time.

Not doing Bristol City if it gets moved.

6 midweek away games is pretty grim tbh.

Only one that I'm annoyed about is Sheffield United. The other midweeks I may not have bothered with anyway. At least I can get Preston and Burnley ticked off though.

I'd have liked Sheffield United to be a Saturday. Still might go though if can afford to stay up there and dependant on whether I do West Ham or not.

WBA is annoying as I quite fancied that one being a weekend. Also annoying that Bristol City might be midweek again.

TV announcement dates - https://www.efl.com/how-to-watch/tv-game-selection-process/

This bit below is one of the best things about the championship.

  • By 2 July 2026, selections will be announced in respect of all live broadcast matches to be played before the end of September 2026.
  • By 31 July 2026 selections will be confirmed in respect of all live broadcast matches to be played up to, and including, the weekend of 8-11 January 2027.

Hope not.
Actually Milwall - West Ham and Wolves - West Brom are both that weekend so maybe not! Milwall - West Ham will 100% be Sunday lunchtime and I would presume Wolves - WBA will be Saturday lunchtime. What a weekend that will be!

Last time WBA and Wolves played it was 11:45 on a Sunday so surprised they've scheduled both games for that weekend.

Disappointed that there are no games over the Easter weekend. I know somebody mentioned the reason on here but I can't remember?

Loads of potential great ties there. Probably end up getting Watford at home.

Only bad thing if we get York/Crawley away is we wouldn't actually know who we're playing until the Friday before which wouldn't be ideal for tickets and travel.
