The ballboy was a prick, a massive ugly ****, if I was Hazard I would have done the same to get the ball of some cocky little chav, the excuse "he's a minor" is pathetic, he's 17, he has pictures of himself drinking with his mates, if he wants to be an adult, he'll get treated like one and accept the kick from Hazard as a wake-up call to real life as a man. FFS he was only toe poked by a 22 year old, 5 ft 7 Belgian!

I totally agree.

I still can't believe he rolled on to the ball to stop Hazard getting in!!!!!!

What the hell was he thinking. He needs a right good twatting!!!!!

It did look petty from Hazard though, if say a Swansea player gave away a free kick and held on to the ball like that, and Hazard kicked him in that manner, it would have been a straight red easily.

So regardless of who the ball boy is, and who or what he might be, and whether or not he deserved it... It's all irrelevant, you just can't do that.

Spoilt petulant 'child' behaving like a twat.....both of them.

Well done to Swansea though, it's a shame the actions of these two is being discussed more than the result.

Echoed ... terrific win for Swansea over 180 minutes of football - the Hazard comedic interlude only affected 12 minutes of the game ... Chelsea have not been hard done by - they lost fairly and squarely and if the'd like a debate on cheating how about, Erlund Jonsson, last minute of extra time in the FA Cup quarter final 1997 ... I've heard he's even being signed up for Splash as Tom Daly can't believe just how good his 'artistic interpretation' was............ some wounds just won't heal!! :steam:

Swansea V Bradford final

I bet Capital One aren't happy as it won't get the worldwide exposure like a Liverpool v Man U would have

Oh I don't know - Bradford, from football's 4th tier, having killed 3 premiership "giants" are one win away from qualifying for Europe. It's a feat that will almost certainly never be repeated so its a once in a lifetime cup final.

I suspect that there will be many supporters of other clubs tuning in to see how Bradford get on.

They may well get battered but, in fairness, Liverpool would probably get battered by Man Utd too

Agreed, just for novelty value Capital One will probably be quite happy with the final they've ended up with, it will generate more interest than a Stoke v Norwich type game.

I think being Welsh the ballboy thought he was playing rugby and dived on the ball for a try

Then Hazard tried to kick the conversion

I love it when the kid puts his hands up and shouts ref!

What did he want a free kick or something.

Im my opinion what the kid done was wrong but Hazard was even more in the wrong. He should have never got physically involved with the ball boy

I dont think you should be able to have a 17 year old ball boy though.

I made my opinions know at the time but its since transpired that the ball boy was blagging about he was going to time waste and he isnt a minor after all. Plus his rich so hey ho

If Shearer can get away with kicking Neil Lennon in the head, then I wouldnt be surprised if the FA dont apply for a Lottery grant to give to Eden Hazard as an apology for casting aspersions against his name
