The arena management receive a stage plan at the time of the ticket sales window opening. This allows the arena to omit from sales any restricted view seats. When the stage /set crew arrive to erect the set this has often changed from the initial plan submitted .which often is due to previous experiences at other theatres .
That makes sense
So the viewing restrictions are created by the set rather than the arena then? (Not been yet although I’m there Friday)

Their is a few things not quite right with the arena.
The screens already mentioned are a glaring omission ,and somewhere to put your glass on the concourse
Tables /shelving which has already been put out tender. The big issue is the queues for the gents toilets
If your not sharpish at the interval it’s a choice of a pee or a pint.In a total reversal of the usual the ladies have no problems with no queues at all

I remember reading that the walls in the toilet facilities can move to allow for more room in either depending on whether the audience was majoritively male or female. I could be wrong though

I was sat on the end of a row so was lucky to be straight out for a piss so don't know if ques built up on level 2 ,but one of the things i was impressed with , was how easy it was to get a pint in the interval , compared to some venues .
