Any colour you want as long as it's blue, red, yellow, orange, grey, white or pink (for the ladies or those who like pink)

No You're not, I've seen him a few times for Arsenal, he is lazy! Doesn't want to tackle back, if he loses the ball, which he does a lot, he just gives up. Sorry definately not a fan of his....another TAF.

We need to release sess to play on the left. We need a c/f who can win then hold then play the ball into the path of Gyan.

This c/f doesn't have to be a scoring machine (IMO).

Someone who can do these things will be ok because we will also get more goals from midfield.

I'm sure there must be one out there. My only worry is will Short sanction yet another (so-called) striker and their wages?

BUT - this is Bruce's fault. Perhaps Dong or Whickham - not both.

I know hindsight is 20:20, but thats how I feel.

There's only one badge that counts at the end of the day chaps.

I've got a horrible feeling that this is all Bruce realising he's foooked up massively and this is a charade to appease the fans. I'm not expecting anyone to come in just a Bruce 'we tried, we were close but we just couldn't get it over the line comments Thursday morning. I hope I'm.wrong

Totally agree mate, boils my piss too!

Also this reaks of "well we tried to get some bodies in"

The fact that Bruce keeps saying it is just a cusion for the blow when we dont get anyone in my view but hope im wrong!

Now you're talking! If Gyan cost £13m, then Sturridge has to be a snip at £12m :)

Lets get real. How many goals did sturridge score last season?

More importantly, how many did he make?

If Short wants an improvement on 10th he better find 12m and fast.
