Yesterday, in town, I watched with morbid fascination as a pigeon tucked into someone's vomit.

They're not allowed to display the time including stoppages. It's something to do with the "minimum of x minutes stoppages will be played" thing. Can't remember exactly why.
I imagine it'd put the referee under extended pressure.
If it's 2 minutes and we reach 3 on the scoreboard then we'd all be ripping our seats out and throwing them at the ref - people seem to forget it's a minimum estimate.
