Is this guy a genuine account? never heard of him before and he seems to have few followers for a BBC person.

Yes you probably are the only one. He's returned from a loan spell at Ipswich having scored 10 in 17 games. Far better proposition than the other Campbell who in the last 5 years has achieved **** all.
