I just find it frustrating mate. He's got the sort of flaws that so many geniuses have but no one at the club seems to be channelling that genius quite well enough.
The other thing I was thinking about this afternoon was the public criticism of Downing vs the public defence of Suarez. I'm not sure that sits very well with me either to be honest.I realise the circumstances are different but I get the feeling its almost a two tier set up then. I'll defend you in public but only if you're too valuable to upset. Harsh? Maybe.
So in all honesty, how long does he have to stay on his feet before the FA start to not shaft us.

Liverpool will never win the premiership under the current circumstances, btw how many pen shouts against united were turned down in 2009, was that the imaginary Webb pen year too?
I've watched top flight English football for almost 30 years, the slide into total stinking corruption is totally obvious. My issue with Fergie is that his influence goes far beyond the pitch. That's where he does his real masterstrokes of management.
If Suarez stays on his feet, totally he will get just as many penalties as he does now.
The media have you all turning on a guy that does what all the other strikers do but the media have shamed you all into this debacle of backing.
We deemed Ronaldo same, difference, the media of which Fergie has a certain amount of sway did not rollock Ronaldo for being far far more prolific than Suarez.
Bet you I can find Rooney on vid acting as Suarez has done.
Fkcu media and opposing fans, I back the guy as long as he plays for us. If Rooney Welbeck and Young Bale and co and all of chelsea can do it, why not Suarez, once he actually improves the technique at least he will be on a par with those mentioned.

There's more chance that it was Webb's protection of RVP went on down the line to hide the blatant favouritism.
You have got to be taking the piss with the "the media have you guys turning on him" line surely? So you're suggesting I wrote all the above because of some drivel spouted by Lawro or some other two bit sports hack?
If you're happy to back him so blindly that you can't admit to his faults then that's entirely up to you and I for one don't give a rats ass, you're entitled to an opinion on the lad. Don't dare have the audacity however to suggest that some of us who disagree with you are just spoon fed our opinions by the "media".
Why do you suggest he should learn to do what the Youngs, Drogbas of the world do when that's exactly the last thing the club should be saying to him? Why would that improve his game rather than staying on his feet more often and creating "even" more chances?
I stick by the interests of my club first, not Suarez, not Brendan, not Kenny, not Gerrard, not even Igor or the lord god Robbie ever overrules that basic law of my being. My obssession is LFC end of. **** those lot up the East Lancs, **** the Chavs or the Gooners or anybody else who happens to be the FAs flavour of the month it bothers me not because as certain as are death and taxes so is the fact that we'll never be their flavour of the month (and deep down we all know that's because they hate the fact we're superior to them...well aren't we?).
We are better than them. We are mightier than them. We don't prove that by sitting on our arses waving our hands around we prove it by repeatedly beating the **** out of them on the pitch...or at least that's what we should be doing
Great dives and crying won't shut the critics up and shove their measly words back down their fat bloated throats...but winning games and trophies will. Suarez can win us those games even without getting us one penalty a season if he really puts his mind to it and channels those fabulous skills. Besides all this...if we actually ever even got a pen we'd only end up cracking it against the ****ing post anyway
You can accuse me of "instant morality" if you like, but it won't change the way I feel about diving whether it's one of ours or anyone else. It's not a false moral stance- I just find it bloody annoying.
I have, and will continue to, defend Suarez because he gets a lot of undue stick for doing something badly that others do much better and get away with. But, as Billy says, he'd serve us and himself better by staying on his feet and using the fantastic skills that we can all see he possesses.
His theatricals only play into the hands of his detractors- there are people who would like to hound him out of the English game, there's no need for him to make it any easier for them. As I said earlier, I think Stoke's treatment of him is far worse than his diving, but that's not how things are perceived and we have to take that into account. There are still many who think football is a man's game and physicality is part of it. Diving is just seen as cheating- with no saving grace.
And blaming everything on Fergie just makes us look paranoid.

I hate diving with a passion. for me it is ruining games. I would rather lose a game fairly than win by cheating.
