I'm absolutely hopeless Chazz. When we go on holiday or even go to gigs,I need everything printed out physically,I can't cope with all that e-ticketing,I get stressed out with it all.

No,I was thinking about match day tickets and wondering why he's put the postage up to £2....:emoticon-0102-bigsm

Greedy Bastards!!
It's quite a while ago they increased it to £2, £2 booking fee over the phone also, I just go and pick them up like I did with our Sunderland tickets. :emoticon-0138-think

Don't think it was £2 last season Tony...From memory £1.25 but I could be wrong,I'll investigate later when I return home from the pub:emoticon-0148-yes:

Anyway,I'll just find time to go to the window from now on,I'm not giving him £2.

I went through T2 at Heathrow recently....Doing it yourself i.e printing the boarding pass and the Luggage strip is a pain in the arse. Then you have to scan your own bag. But there are no instructions on how to do it...Nothing tells you to press the trigger....The worse thing was the people employed to help just stood there sniggering.....What a fecking shambles. I won't go thru Heathrow again..in a hurry.

I’ve just got a new card in the post. I thought we were using last seasons?

That's about penalising people who don't own a mobile phone....I, for one, won't be purchasing...It's the principle of it...

Does anyone, outside of young children, not own a mobile phone in the uk?

Can't get a landline in these parts anymore as the company hasn't maintained the old copper lines for a decade now, due to lack of demand.
