To be fair they have 127 million on the waiting list so it’s supply and demand really…Apparently Wednesday charge £10 more if you want a physical pass on top of their already high season ticket prices.
We maybe will start doing that for new members?Apparently Wednesday charge £10 more if you want a physical pass on top of their already high season ticket prices.
Ticket office still sending emails about downloading my digital ticket....When I HAVE NOTHING to download it to....I explained all this to them when I went into the ticket office to purchase a season ticket. ....Head banging against a wall time...Waiting for my CARD IN POST...
They'll be automatically sending it to everybody
They'll be phasing out physical cards in a season or 2 , and no I don't want it on my phone either

I assume people already with passes can keep using theirs
Tbh it’s not making much difference to me. I used to forget my physical card so often anyway that I had a photo of the barcode saved in my phone and just scanned in with that instead
Ahead of the tech revolution

Took my wife’s 15 year old Nokia out the drawer , charged it up , all the texts were there and pics , they were great phones but I suppose limited now unless you want privacy !
Good, perfect excuse to call it a day....Spend my hard earned on summat else...They'll be automatically sending it to everybody

I've got a cheap ****ty £100 Motorola as a smartphone as too tight to buy a proper functioning one (I'd probably go back to an old school Nokia, if it wasn't for WhatsApp and banking apps). The screen is such bad quality that to use my shopping app in the food shop I use, I have to have a print out of the QR type of code that uploads my payment and membership details.. could you not do the same with the online card, if it's a problem to have it on your phone?
It’s a shame, but so much easier in airports etc than printing off tickets when you can have them saved in a phone.I was actually thinking of getting rid of my 'smartphone' , not sure if I could though
I've got rid of a load of apps though and spend far less time scrolling through ****e
Modern tech is great for those who know what they're doing.. But what happens if your phone is damaged, doesn't work, stolen.....I guess you're fecked...It’s a shame, but so much easier in airports etc than printing off tickets when you can have them saved in a phone.
Can they be hacked? As in someone can hack into a main server and steal God knows what.....I guess they can hack into a phone and steal the data, or even demand a ransom to get the data back....Just one reason why I don't want a posh phone...I'm young enough to know what I'm doing with it, just don't like the idea of everything I need being on a machine that can easily break
Watch that a few times and you start to feel a bit Moby Dick. You must log in or register to see images
You can just log onto someone else’s phone and access it all that way.Modern tech is great for those who know what they're doing.. But what happens if your phone is damaged, doesn't work, stolen.....I guess you're fecked...
I like that DBT...'Most things'...Maybe I'm just a luddite. I guess my doctor might have a cream for it!You can just log onto someone else’s phone and access it all that way.
I’m not saying you should start using a smartphone, I’m just saying that whether we like it or not most things are easier if you do
