He need's to get a haircut - bloody hippie.
Just heard that Liverpool are in for him.![]()
How low do we have to go (in player ability) before Liverpool decide it's not worth trumping us?
It will save us a lot of time and effort.

Is it the hair between his toes you're refering to? Thought he was a footballer, not a cultural icon...
I think that counts as a little nibble if not a bite.![]()

Problem we have with Liverpool is that BR, a fluent Spanish speaker, also has many links in Spain (which includes Portugal in scouting terms). We will always bump into Liverpool while ML is bargain hunting there.
Personally I'd like us to scout the Netherlands more. Their style consists of sharp teams with quick strikers, a passing midfield backed up by a HEAVY (strong in the tackle) defense. In my view there is more suitable potentials for us in Holland than in Spain.
Many dutch players currently ply their trade in under-achieving dutch sides. Under-achieving due to lack of investment and ambition. I'm sure that a lot of talent is there and, if we can counter the inherent loyalty dutch players appear to have for their clubs and the Eredivisie and entice some midfielders with skill and grit I think this will stand us in better stead than short term Spaniards who will be off the second Laudrup goes.
