He appears to have a severe case of outofformshitteritis, hopefully he'll be better by the weekend with some good treatment (a kick up the backside).

Scan on knee tomorrow, if an injection is required could be out for 6 weeks according to Phil Buckingham on Twitter

Not sure what he was doing last night. Just kind of stood to the left high up the pitch and never looked interested for most of the game.

Hull City’s medical staff will run checks on Mohamed Diame’s knee after the midfielder was forced off early in the second half of Wednesday night’s draw at Everton.

Diame recently missed the Tigers’ home game against Spurs with an irritation of the patella tendon but returned for last weekend’s game at Manchester United and the trip to Goodison Park.

However, with the same problem flaring up again, manager Steve Bruce says further investigation is now needed.

“Mo’s knee is sore,” said Bruce.

“He’s got one of those horrible tendonitis ones where a whack on it takes him back to square one.

“We’ll have to take a look at that. For me, from the first minute of the second half he didn’t look right and he’s come off and was hobbling around afterwards.

“In this league, you can’t play if you’re not fit and unfortunately he is carrying something.”

David Meyler was another to limp out of Wednesday night’s game when he was replaced by Robbie Brady in the closing minutes, with Bruce stating that the injury doesn’t look to be anything more than a nasty cut to the knee.

Don't worry about it Funk, we still have enough players to make Sunderland a six point banker again this season.

Yeah, I'll not commit to an arse-biter comment like you. It seems to have eluded you that you've only picked up 26 points this year. You should probably touch wood now just in case. Flagged this thread just in case I need to pop back day after boxing day. ;)

Or perhaps touch cloth instead maybe?
