hahahaha. Back to shrodells please

mmm not sure where GBH came from ....... but he went to bed at 9:38 so that's good news. I often find the evening's more mellow, but this seems to be quite a thread.

OK to answer some points, we very nearl scored the first goal in the first half on a couple of occasions as listed above. If we had scored first I have no doubt we would have gone onto win the game comfortably.

Chris Iwelumo had a "quiet game" where his timing looked off and his confidence is low - ne needs a goal IMO. I thought he had one good opening in the first half, and I wanted him to get a shot away so that we could all give him a cheer, but he elected to pass wide to Yeates who wasn't expecting the pass and the opening closed. We can fault Iwelumo's technique as much as we like, but at 33 years of age and with over 300 professional starts I doubt if its going to change.

Yes many of us had targetted the Derby game as a win, let's go for it against West Ham and I have targetted the Coventry game as a good one to win. Time will tell on whether Dyche really has what is needed to manage Watford, but there is no choice, so let's get behind him.

It's never been a pleasure to watch Watford play
the occasional game is enjoyable
The away team always play better attack better defend better
