not sure why you bother then! Which team do you like to watch? Maybe they could do with your support? Funny word that...'support'...!
Watford fans are a joke in the late 90s they cared pitch invasion to remove Petchey Fans helped to get rid off Roeder and other managers. Now Watford fans will accept anything if we get relegated i doubt there will be no Dyche out chants. Sell our best players nothings said
Well clearly you missed the GT eras but nevermind...and we'd have had other good seasons/cup runs over the years. IF we were NEVER good then we'd be in non-league wouldn't we unless your saying in 30 odd seasons we've just been so lucky to only be relegated from this league once during that time? I tend to agree a bit with certain points raised from Saturday such as the performance of the "statue" and issues with regard to set plays but we cannot blame the defence from that match. Anyway you spend all season moaning about Malky and co so I presume you were hoping for some big name to come in and splash the cash to deliver a great football side...or another GT. Always be careful what you wish for... Now if you just said we need another striker and to maybe not rely so much on the longball you might gain more respect.
Oh please, folks. You are just encouraging this moron with your spluttering with indignation responses. I would suggest that you ignore him/her. Otherwise you are just feeding his/her ego! IGNORE THE WIND-UP!!!
I'm so pleased we have a football master brain helping us here as how many of us ordinary fans who have been watching the super Golden Boys for 50 years or more would have been able to realise how awful Dyche is after just 2 games. Thanks GDB -nice to have a genius in our ranks.
I actually don't think we should. It is a valid point of view and if all of us here felt the same we would be boring. I would be interested to see if GDB can put an argument together. In particular GDB tell us how else we should go forward. We all want a successful team palying pretty attacking football but we are no longer a fashionable club (if we ever were) and we have no money and no real highly financed backers. So all we do we must do on a shoestring. Given those constraints please enlighten us as to how many managers would take on this challenge and how they would fashion a team here? We all know this year will be a struggle and that Sean Dyche was not long ago a number 3 - but do you know who we could have got better than him who would would work within the budget we have. If you have any real suggestions then let us know them - it is easy to knock down but hard to build. For most of us a struggling season where we can support our lads and let them know we are with them is what we expect.
Iwelumo will come good for you guys, it's only 2 games in!!! He may not be a prolific Danny Graham but he will chip in with some goals, and with his hight he has to start setting up some goals for Sordell et all sooner or later. I realise this guy is probably a WUM, or the most negative 'Orn ever but thought I would add my 2 pence worth!
That I do Leonardo! Larry David is a comedy hero of mine, but he is on the grumpy side most times! You too shall be smiling soon, with the new players you have it may take some 'time to gel' as they say, but once they do it's good times ahead! I'm hearing good things about young Britt Assombalonga, will he feature for you guy's this season or could a spell of regular football on loan be the best option?
Most probably the loan route this season I would guess - good luck to you guys too - except against us
Look on the bright side, the schools will be back soon and the poor little dear will be back trying to learn some basic English - just remember, his mum probably loves him.
Same to you mate. Well if Britt isn't going to get much action with you this season get him out on loan. I hear pompey are struggling to fill their bench these days. Actually no, that would be detrimental to the young lad's health, stick with Wealdstone F.C!
Agreed BB Dont know if any of you read the wobby , but have you met there resident wum Gary ? Ignore him and he will leave , encourage him now and we will never be rid ! your choice! Saint thanks for the kind words much appreciated!
Britt is the lad I am sponsoring this season , no need to go out on loan I hope!! He will force his way in to the team this season! athough his chance may come after an injury ! sticky mitts off Saint
Britt was excellent in the pre season...really one to watch. And we'll all do the conga for Assombalonga
