There were a lot worse looking footballers in QPR colours tonight.
What a complete load of crap we were from Smithies, who was dreadful all game and gifted them their goal, to Smith who looked absolutely awful.
Pawel looked terrible and Freeman and especially Manning in midfield were shockingly invisible. Perch and Bidwell are both on my list of worst players I've ever seen in my life! People have been saying that Bidwell has been looking good of late, well I just don't believe it. He's terrible!
Sylla missed a sitter at the end to snatch a completely undeserved draw.

On this showing, the optimism of the past few weeks looks horrendously mis-placed. Manning and Furlong look below average and Freeman looks like a luxury player, who will look good when we're on top. Mid-table obscurity next season if this is the squad.

A last word on the sky commentators who were so up Derby's arse it was embarrassing and they knew nothing about what was going on in the game.

Say it how it is Col. Agree mid table at best next season. One step forward and two back. Not happy with tonight even if we have nothing to play for bar pride.

I've stayed up to 4 in the morning in hope. Sylla was inches away from making it worthwhile, but apart from some good central defending we were craaap. It must be 2 months since we were last on the box, and there was no improvement to see there. Noone in midfield who seemed able to keep the ball. Every time we did have it the stream seized up anyway.... Hope Luongo is back quick.

We were awful in possession Ossie. My lad is a better passer of the ball than most of them showed tonight.

I really don't get this sit back approach tonight...we've shown lately that we can do the high pressing stuff forcing errors, applying pressure.....why conceed so much possession and space to a fragile side? If we had scored first then crowd would have turned on them and fear creeps into their play......a real wasted opportunity to lay down a marker.......

Have to play better at villa on Tuesday or we still might have to look over our shoulder......

I think Ollie is guilty of too much tinkering.

Possibly.....4 changes tonight from Rotherham game......midfield were too far away from the front 2 for the first hour........hit and hope.......no running in behind the defence, no width to play balls into the box...far too easy to play against.....

Off the pace, 2nd to every ball, no movement, slack passing, comedy defending, general lack of desire. Fair play to derby - played well and deserved win. Looked like a we've got 50 points let's knock off early qpr game plan to me...

I was really pissed off because I couldn't get my dodgy android box to work at all, on anything, probably because I haven't used it for months and it needs massively updating. So I threw it across the room and took the dog for a walk instead. Turns out I would have chucked it out the window and probably slit my wrists had I actually seen the match judging by comments on here. Result!

He started with 3-4-3, then changed it to 3-5-2 with an extra central midfielder, so I suppose he saw the problem. I'm not sure what formation we finished with.
Manning and Freeman looked lost as the two in central midfield and Manning couldn't find a pass all night.

Interesting comments from Hollow: "bitterly disappointed" and "For some reason, we decided to hit it towards Matt Smith far too many times" . So is he saying the players didn't listen to his game plan? Or Is his game plan keep hitting Smith? This is what worries me with him, love the passion but not the brains.

I thought freeman at least tried to get some play going, he kept getting suicide passes to be fair. I also thought perch was ok in the centre although you know not to get your expectations up with perchy...we should at least be fit again for Tuesday now we've played cause clearly they ain't kicked a ball for 2 weeks

Did he really say that? Tell them stop then Ollie FFS. Or take Smith off instead of Washington maybe.

We don't have the players for 3-4-3. If Ollie wants to continue with 3 at the back he needs to play 3-5-2 so that we have 3 central midfield players .

A very good reality check to control our expectations.

Today we were were easily 2nd best and in fact very poor. But despite this, we had an excellent chance for a very undeserved draw.

Conclusion: We gave improved. But we have a lot of work to do and we need to progress. COYR's!!!
