    Apart from them being two completely separate authorities - the EPL and the FA - spot on. ;)

    All 'blazers' are the same.... governing sport bodies, do seem to attract a particular type of numptie...

    You are right there.

    These organisations attract the type of people who know how to wangle their way through a system, and end up with a well paid job, with the sole intention of staying in it and picking up the tasty salary and perks.

    A mate of mines daughter was one of GB's top skiers. GB does not have many good skiers, she was rated top 20/25. To qualify for the Olympics she had to score well in some races, she had been getting over an injury. She did qualify in a race, however the 'blazers' said she was 2 days over the cut-off date for qualifying... she did not go to the Olympics... numpties
