We can agree to disagree, O9 has caused 2 red cards with other centre backs trying to lung in to cover his initial mistakes, a couple of pens and a few OGs. Because you kiss the badge and fist pump at times does not make you better.
If both placed on transfer list tomorrow who would fetch the bigger fee?
Regardless whoever plays I hope they play well and we get three points.

Honestly, if they were both the same age I'd imagine they'd fetch around the same price

O9 has also covered other people's mistakes. I couldn't care less if he kisses the badge or not, I purely judge him on onfield performances and this season he has been better than Ballard. I am a huge Ballard fan, always have been but he's been poor when he's played and has cost us goals/big chances against due to his mistakes

If Ballard plays as well as he could I would start him, but he is just back from injury and hasn't played well enough with the minutes he's had. O9 has had a few poor games for sure, but he's had a lot more really good performances this season that you seem to be forgetting

What price someone goes for is totally irrelevant, as contract length, age, potential ability all play a part in how much someone would go for

I like Ballard but he's no leader and not an inspiration ...

... he won't get everyone to dig in at 1-0 down or hack someone down in the 90th minute and take a ban.

O'Nien is greater than the sum of his parts <laugh>

I disagree with you. Not necessarily on fee or ceiling and probably ability but on this seasons form I very much disagree .
