I like to toast the bread first, then nuke some sliced onion then add shot loads of cheese then nuke that then add in between the toast.

Pretty much how I do it, lots of onion, red leicester cheese.. too hot to have an oven on tonight or anything in the kitchen that heats longer than 5 mins..<ok>

What you going to go for?

I’m thinking beef chow mien, salt an pepper wings, special fried rice, prawn crackers and curry sauce.

Singapore chow mien with some chicken balls. Plus whatever the other four want

Not keen on chicken balls, the batter ****s me over every time. God knows how people can eat a bag of them.

Singapore chow mein is my go to noodle dish and I usually have noodles instead of rice.

Usually the same with chicken balls but just fancy them tonight

I normally opt for the king prawn balls. Though agreed the batter sometimes is really doughy and is rank. If it’s crispy it’s fine.

Singapore Chow Mein (With Vermicelli)
Yung Chow Fried Rice (no prawns)
Shredded beef in ok sauce
Salt & Pepper Ribs
Sui Mai
