I'm not a psychiatrist, so I'm not going to try to give you any advice @Matth_2014

However, you do seem to exhibit quite a few sociopathic behaviours.

The lack of empathy for others. The overwhelming self-osession. A complete lack of humour. Supporting United when you were born Chester-Scouse.

These are all obvious traits of the sociopath.

Have a chat with your doctor and ask him to tell you about lobotomy.

See previous , I remembered what it meant and I am NOT amused !

It isn't actually a derogatory term.... if you're 'Not Of Normal Criminal Ethos'

The actual term 'nonce' is still used freely by prison staff, usually old school prison staff but it is still used and not particularly looked down on.

Whether you suffer from a mental illness or not, everyone needs a way of venting. I play football and do karate with my eldest, excellent ways of venting frustrations and anger that may have built up. Someone else mentioned the gym, some people choose religion. It can be anything, you just need to find something that suits you. And no, that's not internet based!

Edit; and laughing is a great medicine in life. If you can't laugh about something, the alternative is negative feelings

Do they make the belts big enough to go round you?
