@Matth_2014 Try adding 'happy foods' to your diet, bananas, berries, salmon, apples & oranges are all have natural chemicals that can lift mooods, also maybe try a sunbed once a week during the winter

I think Matth would like "50 Shades of Grey" better, to be honest.
