Fair enough what about woods/forests etc.
I always find being around nature instead of **** loads of buildings improves my mood and is good for clearing the mind. Mainly water for me mind but it's the same principle.
I think there is some good advice on here.
Have you got a dog you can walk?
A mate to go with/go the gym with?
Listen to music on your own if not.
Just get out and let the brain rest.
Sitting still thinking is the worst thing you can do along with drink alcohol.
