I would have preferred a 3 or 4 year contract but at least we have him for 2 more years until 2021.

I think he's including the possibility of the playoffs. Even then it might not be enough. We win the 3 remaining league games but could still face the playoffs. 2 wins in the playoffs might still not be enough (2 wins in the 2 legs but lose the final). 6 wins in total will suffice. (Or I could just be spouting bollocks!)

Although they say the academy doesnt produce much I think there are a few youngsters we should get on board. Embers, who you have already mentioned Bri, Hume, who we have got, Mumba, Benji and a couple of other fringe players should all make the grade at least at championship level.

Not sure about Championship level, other than Hume none have even proved themselves in League 1 yet! I agree we should be aiming to tie these lads down though.
