That's alleged *****, none of my Dead Sexy photos have been kids. Not that it makes it any better but I've only been ogling dead birds over the age of consent. At least if it is necrophilia it isn't under-age necrophilia, I'm not a complete pervert!

Our good friend Wikipaedia says she was 16 at the 2008 Olympics, she didn't retire until she was 20 and you clearly haven't been paying attention. Ogling youngsters and putting them in the w.ank bank until they are over 16 is within the rules.

Just the foundations and slab or with the garden house on top? Seems excessive for the base work alone but a bargain if you get a decent shed on top as well. Size is also relative, it would be a steal if the foundation was massive but a rip off if 3 foot square.

Don't brag about it until you have posted photos, nae cnut on here will believe you!

In the heat wave last week a load of resin knots blistered. Told the company but they said there was nowt they could do so I'll have to leave it until the end of summer and re-paint the affected areas once all the crap has bled out the knots. Rain this week has f.ucked up the bed for the paving, will have my work cut out do get the job done over the weekend.

That's just the founds and taking the muck away.

I built my house a couple of years ago so I reckon it's a decent price.

The founds for my house was about £30k from memory but we had to dig 1.5mtr deep for the foundations as the soil was so deep.
