Our good friend Wikipaedia says she was 16 at the 2008 Olympics, she didn't retire until she was 20 and you clearly haven't been paying attention. Just the foundations and slab or with the garden house on top? Seems excessive for the base work alone but a bargain if you get a decent shed on top as well. Size is also relative, it would be a steal if the foundation was massive but a rip off if 3 foot square. Don't brag about it until you have posted photos, nae cnut on here will believe you! In the heat wave last week a load of resin knots blistered. Told the company but they said there was nowt they could do so I'll have to leave it until the end of summer and re-paint the affected areas once all the crap has bled out the knots. That's just the founds and taking the muck away. I built my house a couple of years ago so I reckon it's a decent price. The founds for my house was about £30k from memory but we had to dig 1.5mtr deep for the foundations as the soil was so deep.
