Not the biggest fan of Welbeck, but I can't see him being sold. With Rooney & RVP I would assume they are the 2 strikers who will be used by LVG, but if one gets injured or suspended, we will need back up. With Chicarito being the most likely to move on, Welbeck is likeley to be retained.

He'd be a massive coup for Hull, can't see it myself. He gets a lot of stick but i think he's quality. I'd genuinely happily have him at Chelsea.
I'd have him over Torres as second choice.
But I would also have Hepatitis C over Torres.
Seriously though he isn't bad, but not first choice quality for a title chasing team. Squad player for a big club, or first choice for a team like Hull is about his level tbh.
I haven't heard anything, but I highly doubt he'll be leaving. He's probably the best striker we have at stretching out the defense with his pace. Now that we're playing a 2 striker system I think he'll see a lot of playing time. I think he also signed a new deal within the last year or two, so I'd imagine he's on decent wages. Nothing ridiculous, but I'm not sure he'd fit into Hull's wage structure.
I seem to remember him being on around 60-70k per week. Not sure Hull have any players on that kind of money.
Seems a strange time to put him up for sale. Does this mean that someone else is coming in? Or did he insult LVG in training?
