It's a lot of money on one player yes but if we had loaned someone in January who was so successful I'd be hoppy for us to splash that kind of money on him.

Seeing as he was on loan at Swansea, they would have had first go at him.

assuming they had a clause in the loan agreement yes. wouldn't they have agreed a fee beforehand though? also, i fairly sure if a big club had made themselves interested publicly then he may have considered it

absolutely! as i say, i think he'll be a success for them and i bet they double their money on him. still a risk though for a club like swansea to put so many eggs in one iceland basket
