I have personally forgiven him everything he's done on the basis of that one goal vs city last season.

Don't want him back though. he's burnt his bridges.

Boca has to be even more broke than Inter.

I'd be happy at this point just to cancel the contract and let him leave for free. But something tells me Osvaldo won't even agree to that and we will have to pay to get rid of him.

It's actually somewhat tempting. He's blitheringly insane, but we could do with a striker...tell him that if he so much as blinks angrily in the direction of a teammate, he'll be cleaning the U12s boots for the remainder of the year. Not like we'll recoup much of anything on a loan to an Argentine side.

Inter have a billionaire majority owner, so not exactly broke.

As a player, he is exactly what we need right now.

Yeah. I mean, he's miles and miles more unhinged than Puncheon, but we've been down the rehabilitating-a-guy-who'll-never-play-again road once rather successfully. If there was a 10m offer on the table sure, but Boca's probably eating wages that, at this point, don't amount to more than a few hundred thousand. And if it goes bad, well, he can't disrupt chemistry if we bar him from the facilities...

We can't threaten Osvaldo with anything worse than we've already tried to do to him. He obviously doesn't care. There's no way you can play him right now with his attitude. You can't even have him in training.

He already barred him from the facilities. That is pretty much the best case scenario.

He may well be too crazy for any sort of sense, but before he always had the expectation that no matter how badly he behaved, someone would take him on loan...barring him ultimately meant nothing more than a week or two off before we shipped him off to some prestige team or another. Now, the window is closed; the only place he'll be shipped is home to his living room for several months.

If he isn't allocated a Senior Squad Number I doubt if he will be able to play? Any guesses what shirt Filip will get? 20?

Probably why I said it, there are a couple of lower options or he might have a lucky number?

Even if we wanted to use him I doubt he'd turn up for training or a game.
