Sure I read somewhere that he has about 18 months left on his original contract. Does this new one run from the end of that one or from when its signed do you know?

Just the right type of news we need to come out after last weekends disappointment. Big shot in the arm for all the squad and a spur for all the youngsters who are currently on the periphery.

Class from us and glad he sees the benefit of a new deal.
Stay here, help us progress and then if his progression isn't matched by ours we are safeguarded by the length of the deal and get a decent fee. Ideally though he can grow with us. I'd love to see him play Premier League footy for the lads, it helps that hes a MLF too!
