Very bored at work so apologies for a non-football thread. I see from the BBC that Suffolk is going to re-brand itself as Curious Suffolk. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-19959510

This is not the adjective I would use. Of the politer ones that sprang to my mind I would go with Suffolk Step back in History to reflect the binners obsession with the past. However I am sure wittier minds than mine can come up with better slogans to market Suffolk.
 
When I was a kid living in Suffolk, I was always told that it was "silly Suffolk!" I see one of the comments at the bottom of that report explains that it is, in fact, selig Suffolk, but selig is pronounced as silly!
 
From reading that article I'd have to go for "The Bucolic County of Suffolk"...

I've gone my whole life without ever knowing that word exists, then see it at least twice in the one article! (casual use of defunct words would be a definite pick if I ever get asked to appear on Room 101)
