The white shirt is nice though. Fans can wear at at home games if they like...they won't be stopped at the gate.

The white shirt is nice, but I prefer the red shirt, another reason why I bought it. They shouldn't have announced that Saints would be wearing the white kit as their home strip until after the Chelsea. Everyone would be shocked to see us in white as we came out of the tunnel, it would have been hilarious.

I'm genuinely not that annoyed in all honesty. I bought the away shirt because I preferred it to the home kit and I've worn it to every home game this season.

I'm not going to suddenly hate the design of a shirt just because Saints don't wear it that often.

It's ok for shorts to be the same colour. I've seen a few Premier League matches this season where the shorts have been the same.

If that was the case why did we wear yellow at West Ham? Generally shorts have to be different colours if possible.

He might be even more cunning than you think:

"New research shows that sports teams wearing black jerseys get
penalized for aggressive fouls significantly more than teams wearing
white jerseys. The study, published in the May issue of the journal
Social Psychological and Personality Science analyzed more than 50,000
NHL games. The additional penalties added up to more than two additional
minutes per game. Another study conducted at Cornell University
found a similar pattern in the NFL."

Just to clarify, original research also dealt with other colours: result, the paler, the better.

If I was the sort of person who wore a replica shirt round the pool on holiday-which I'm not-I'd wear the white one. I think it looks okay, whereas i don't think I'll ever come round to the red one (which isn't even red ffs).
