I think City were right to back out. As amazing as he is/has been 20m and half a million a week for a 36 year old is crazy money. We don't know how he will cope with the premier league at this point in time.

Makes a little more sense for United given the connection. Bit of a PE master-stroke on the Glaziers part but **** me have they paid dearly for it.

If he's on top form, by my reckoning the top 4 of the premier league have never been quite so evenly matched after this signing.

Mate that fee is paid in about 2 hours.

PSG sold 830,000 Messi shirts in a few hours. What United have over PSG is a bigger percentage of short sales money. He pays for himself in no time at all.

Ronaldo plus United is far bigger than Messi plus PSG commercially.

Nowt between them as players, but in terms of the status of the clubs and the leagues, United in a different stratosphere and always will be.

I cant wait to see the goat back in the Premiership again.
Man United are serious title contenders now. The Premiership is going to be top drawer this season because before today my money was on Chelsea, but im not so sure now.

I thought United only got about 10% of shirt sales profits after they signed that 75m per year deal. I don't remember where I read that mind, strong possibility I imagined it.

Not unrealistic to think United sell a million of those, then there’s other sponsorships etc because it’s Ronaldo.

They probably just about break even on the deal.

Oh, and the lad pisses all over Martial, even at 36
