Easy to say but Curran could equally have gone for 6 first ball.

Wood hadn't bowled out and would have been who I'd have thrown the ball to - he was regularly bowling at 95mph, can't imagine two new batsmen would have fancied that.

As has been the case all summer it was a good contest between two pretty evenly matched sides.

Dunno, 95mph, flukey top edge over keepers head, 4 runs. We'll never know. Brilliant series though.

Curran defended even less in a last over vs Pakistan. He loves that situation and I suspect his changes of pace would have bamboozled their tailenders. I thought it was a strange decision at the time. Morgan doesn't get a lot wrong though
