A brilliant day! Great seats and we were closer than I thought even though we were sitting high up in the stand. Few Sunderland lads there and yep those lot as well. Can't wait for day 2!

The first day was brilliant until they went off for bad light. Second day wasn't as good. Glad I didn't have tickets for the 3rd day though

Wood,Archer,Atkinson and now Stokes,whose fitness was always dodgy anyway. It'll dawn on the management of this beleagured outfit at some point that something isn't quite right!
Expected an innings defeat, especially after the Crawley wicket (which is a bit of a joke really!! Same umpire has given so many not out which were hitting th wickets by more!). So this is an improvement. Delighted for Bethell. Superb knock on a batting pitch. Part time off spinner (who is a seamer bowling spin) with 3 wickets man!
Stokes fitness has been fine all of the tour. But I think he should concentrate on batting instead of bowling. Sadly we have nobody to take on the all rounder mantle.
He’s the most successful England captain in Australia since 2010/11 ashes!! Which is terrifying in itself. But he’ll still probably be sacked for this when he doesn’t deserve to be imo
