I think the management have made their call on keeping and it would make them look foolish (not to mention destroy JB's confidence) if they suddenly went to Foakes for the 2nd test.
It's the risk you take when you gamble batting ability over keeping skills.

Yeah his keeping has gone backwards a lot. Foakes is a better wk by a long way. His weight was in position fir the one which goes down leg side. So preparing fir bad instead if reacting if it happens.
