This is so reminiscent of so many Ashes series I've watched over the years.
England have some good players but, more often than not, get it wrong when it really matters and the Aussies just power away into the distant.
Oh well.
Really feel for you guys. Seriously.
Just hope this is tempered with a cracking season by QPR. That's the main event after all.

****'s sake Stokes. I know Broad always thinks it's out, but surely that was worth a look? Stokes so ****ing sure.....but wrong.
Looked very close live.

Mind you, Stokes and Macullum are only in it for the fun so I'm sure they'll have a good laugh about it at the close.

Confirmed on Wiki P.

Benjamin Andrew Stokes ................... Brendon Barrie McCullum
Born 4 June 1991 (age 32) .................. Born 27 September 1981 (age 41)
Christchurch, New Zealand ................ Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand

Kiwi should have some invested interest in that. Although he'd be fast asleep having counted sheep
.... from outside his window, I'll bet. :emoticon-0157-sun:

So Australia lead by 221 with two days left. Assuming England are unable to bowl them out, when will they declare? A lead of 350 would probably be plenty, but I could see them batting on past 400 which would probably take it into the third session tomorrow. England will undoubtedly go for it however many they're set.

Having been an absolutely fantastic bowler for so long it's really very sad watching the demise of Jimmy Anderson.
Surely his last test?
