Given the weather forecast for Guyana might not be much cricket played today and as there's no reserve day India will go to the final based on them finishing top if super 8 group...... yet there was a reserve day for the other semi final...... cricket does shoot itself in the foot on far too many occasions..... does smack of incompetence...
